Yhey for Cartoon themes! x3 As of late, I reallly like Classical Techno + it's kinda fun to say in a strange way. It's like classical music (i.e Beethoven's moonlight sonata..fur elise etc.) in a techno twist. xD I'm not really a big music person, but I like alternative rock the most.

suprisingly enough i think the "ben 10" theme song is amazing! not just for a cartoon song.. but if someplayed it on their iPod i would totally want to rock out, its an amazing song!
as for me... i have a diverse yet selective taste in music... im the type of person who reads between the lines on artists. i like stuff from K-OS to Slayer to Bedouin Soundclash to Blood Brothers to Eric Clapton to Andy McKee. most of my music has one thing in common... no artist is in it for the money. this makes me a natural punk rocker and metal head (not the ONLY reason of course.. cause that would be lame). every reputible punk band could care less about being rich and just want to rock out and have fun. although many metal bands are huge and make money... they tend to actually make music that interests themselves rather than their audiance. this makes those metal bands good in my opinion. as well.. a lot of metal bands take a militaristic aproach to practicing and perfecting their playing style.. as a musician myself i have a huge amount of respect for the technical metal artists like dave mustane. because of my love for technical artists i find myself drawn towards classical and flaminco styles of music too... the only time music ever made me cry was when i listened to flaminco the first time.... it was awesome.
anyways... heres some faves:
Punk - black flag, cro mags, bad brains, the germs, dead kennedys, misfits, bad religion, NOFX, discharge, vaukers, ramones, guitar wolf, flipper, leftover crack, probably more i cant think of
Metal - Megadeth, early non-sellout metallica, slayer, pantera, korn, maiden, black sabbath post ozzy, WASP, anthrax, sepeltura, and more i cant think of
Rock + Alt - led zeppelin 1-3, eric clapton, bob dyllan, protest the hero, against me, danzig, blood brothers, fall of troy, the faint, more....
misc - K-OS, bedouin soundclash, wu-tang clan, NWA.. uhh more too
ok and as for stuff i hate.... how about this.. almost EVERYTHING mainstream on the TV and radio. i fucking despise U2 and i wish i could assassinate Bono for being a self promoting shit licker and coldplay for being a U2 clone. everything "scene" like panic! at the disco and fall out gaylords. almost every rap/urban artist since BIG died..... with a few exceptions like little john cause i think hea hilarious! country music is my mortal enemy... thats the sound of the american capitalist ideal. OLD country is great.. cultural music etc "is the bys that builds the boats and is the bys that sails er!" is awesome. stan rogers rocks!... anyways.. i hate sellouts and posers.
elvis is my #1

My taste in music is mostly metal, but there's a lot of other things I adore. Favorite bands... mm. Metallica, first and foremost. I don't care for anything with their new bassist on it, because their style of music totally changed for the worst. Then there's Opeth, Therion, Dragonforce, Iced Earth, Rammstein.. etc. I also really like Faye Wong, a Chinese singer. She has a beautiful lyrical voice with an awesome range. O-Zone is just fun to listen to. At the Drive-In is pretty good, too. I also have a bit of a love for Broadway musical soundtracks. And no, I don't know why. Shut up.

man i was SO into the cure back in highschool.... their old bass lines are so good! like "a forest" and "fascination street". i still play those when i pick up my bass, SO much fun. pornography is the best cure album IMO, although im QUITE fond of the self titled album as well.
